    1: Why do some believe rhetoric is empty and not meaningful?

    - It is to manipulate the public. To contradict or bias.

    2: Where would we this in society?

    - Politics, news, lecture, advertisement, and social media.

    3: How is rhetoric powerful?

    - It shows social truths while also challenging them, it can also change beliefs.
