    since it should get to 90% for X and Y and 70% for Z ) within the first 12 modes,( in steel structure,
    achieving the 90% is not always possible within the first 12 modes, you need to do 100 or 150 modes
    to achieve it and it is totally normal according to Mr. Issam abou antoun) if it does, it means that the
    structure is not well modeled. ( it needs more bracings, more fixities, more rigidity… ) because The
    maximum number of modes specified should be sufficient to meet the 90% mass participation
    requirement by the code. This requirement is to ensure that the response of all modes of vibration
    contributing significantly to the global response has been taken into account.
