Dear Mr Zamrie,

Thank you for the incredible opportunity given to me to apply for the internship program at Cahaya
Jauhar Sdn Bhd. I am submitting this letter with the intent to clarify my interest within the job scope
in your company.

Upon reviewing the listed departments in your company, I am really interested to be an

internship trainee under the Facilities Management Department. This is due to my high interest in
managing the building, assets and the people itself, and engages with different parties where I think
it always challenges me to develop my communication and people skills. Furthermore, facilities
management is evolve day by day, encountering different problem at different time frame, it nurture
my willingness to keep learning and growing as the industry changes.

I am an adaptable college student ( CGPA: 3.27) in Bachelor of Real Estate Management from
Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). I have been exposed to various subjects that related to
the property management, facilities management, occupational safety & health also building
construction and management. My primary choice is facilities management, but I did love to explore
in handing over/taking over process or tenancy management too.
