crepes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
How do you prepare?
1. Mix everything in a blender until a homogenous mixture is obtained, the
butter must be melted to integrate evenly with the flour and other
ingredients.
2. Heat a round skillet over medium heat and lightly oil with unsalted butter
or margarine.
3. Pour a large spoonful of the mixture into the pan and let the pancake cook
until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes on low heat. The bed should cover the
entire circumference of the frying pan and should not be too thick.
4. Turn the crepe with a spatula and wait another minute to brown that side.
