Rights of an unpaid seller

 A lien on the goods or right to retain them for the price while he is in possession of the
 In case of insolvency of the buyer, a right of stopping the goods in transitu after he has parted
wth the possession of them.
 A right to resale as limited by this title
 A right to rescind the sale as likewise limited by this title

Art 1484 (Recto Law)

The vendor of personal property payable in installments may exercise any of the following remdies:
 Elect fulfillment upon the vendee’s failure to pay
 Cancel the sale, if the vendee shall have failed to pay two or more installments
 Foreclose the chattel mortgage, if one has been constituted, if the vendee shall have failed to
pay two or more installments
