    It has come to my knowledge through reliable resources and my own observation that
    you are coming on site without any schedule. There is no regular timings of your site presence.
    This type of attitude cannot be tolerated. You have to clarify your absence with solid reasons,
    otherwise company reserves the right to take strict disciplinary action against you.
