RULES of ENGLISH WRITING ASSIGNMENT

YEAR 2018 – 2019, CLASS of 2016

1. Assignment has their own template.


Please follow the template accordingly.
Adjustments on the template setting for printing is recommended.
2. Assignments are printed on A4 paper and NOT BINDED (just staples or paper clipped).
3. Assignments print settings are as follows:
 Font use are Times New Roman 12, spacing 1.15
 Margin settings are 3 cm on the LEFT, and 2.5 cm for the Right, Top, and Bottom margin for
PORTRAIT and 3 cm on the TOP, and 2.5 cm for the Bottom, Left, and Right margin for
LANDSCAPE print setting.
4. Assignment due dates are
a) Writing Everyday life stories: Saturday, 1 DECEMBER 2018, 08.00 WIB
b) Writing Introduction of Research based on an Abstract: Saturday, 15 December 2018, 08.00 WIB
c) All assignment are placed at the Lecturer’s Desk at the appropriate time of submission
5. All written articles must be free from plagiarism
Plagiarism checking is STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY.
The plagiarism checking is MUST BE conducted before the 27 December 2018 by
COLLECTING ALL 3 ASSIGNMENT IN ONE FILE and Do Plagiarism Checking at the
University Level.
Plagiarism checking must be conducted on ALL 3 written assignment before writing
assignment score can be given.
6. Presentation and or evaluation will be held based on following evaluation format.
7. Each student MUST PRINT a copy of evaluation them self and FILL IN the blank in the
evaluation form.
Paper assignment will be graded separately by lecturers
Presentation assignment must be conducted at least 1 time by each student
8. Assignment Score is (global score + check list score)/2. In overall score, reading assignment is
10% while writing assignment is also 10% of the total score (overall assignment is 20%).
