Call Forwarding
To Enable Call Forwarding from Any Phone
For all lines: Dial * 72 followed by the number that you would like to forward the call to
For one line: Dial * 72 * then the line number ( 1, 2, 3 ... ) followed by the full phone number
that you would like to forward the call to

For example, to forward incoming calls for "Line 2" to another phone number: "111-222-3333", dial *72 * 2
1112223333.

To Disable Call Forwarding from Any Phone


For all lines: Dial * 73
For one line: Dial * 73 * followed by the line number ( 1, 2, 3 ... )

Accessing Voicemail
To access voicemails from a phone, dial * followed by the 3-digit number of the desired voicemail box.
Then input the password.

Incoming Voicemail Box


Calls that come from phones outside of the phone system (that are not answered) will save
voicemails Incoming voicemail box
Dial *999 to access this voicemail box
Its default password is '7132'
All phones can access the Incoming Voicemail Box

User/Group Voicemail Boxes


User and Group Voicemail boxes are for internal use
Calls between phones in the same system will save voicemails in user or group voicemail boxes
The default password for each user or group's voicemail box is '1111'

Editing a Voicemail Box


After inputting the correct password for a voicemail box, press 0 to enter voicemail settings
Press 4 to leave a voicemail greeting, or replace your voicemail greeting
Press 5 to change the password from the default password

Incoming Call Interactive Voice Response


To set up incoming IVR navigate to the numbers tab and then click on the phone number that you would
like to set up. Then click on the edit in the handle incoming call section and then click on the extension
picker tab. You can now enter the numbers that you would like to correspond to certain users or groups.

Setup IVR Message


After you have set up the dial plan with the steps above you can set up the message for incoming
calls.

Call Parking
While on a call, press the transfer button and then dial 700
You will immediately get a call back to let you know the parking space number
When you want to connect back to the call from any phone, you can dial the number you received
from the above step and continue the call
If you do not unpark the call within 45 seconds, the system will ring the phone (from which you
parked the call)

Calling Voicemail Directly


To Call a Voicemail Directly
Call the extension of the user/group that are trying to reach with an additional 0 at the end

For example, to directly call the voicemail of a user/group with extension 1111, dial 11110
Call Pickup
You can pick up an incoming call that is directed to another phone by dialing *8 and then the
user/groups extension
For example, to pick up an incoming call directed towards a user with extension 1111 you would
dial *81111

Fax
Setting Up Virtual Fax
Navigate to the "Numbers" tab and purchase a fax phone number
Go to the "Faxes" tab and upload a pdf under the "My Documents" section
You can now send that document to any fax number

Setting Up Physical Fax


After the above steps are finished, you can enable physical fax by going to the "Faxes" tab, then
going to the "Options" tab and and clicking the "Physical Fax Enabled" button
Connect your IOBOT to the fax machine with a telephone cable and you will be able to receive
faxes
To send faxes, add 00 to the front of the 10 digit fax number
For example to call 1(626)123-4567, you would type 006261234567
If there are problems sending faxes, reduce the speed settings on the fax machine to low
