AFFIDAVIT /UNDERTAKING

I, Jawed Akhter Rajper S/o Khawanddin Rajper CNIC No. 45504-1106837-9

Adult Muslim, Government Servant working as Addl. Dy. Manager- PM-II ( BPS-18 ) in the
office of Chief Executive Officer, Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL) GENCO-
II, Thermal Power Station Guddu, District Kashmore at Kandhkot, with sound mind, free will
and without any influence or drunk do hereby undertake as under.
i) That, the excess / over payment if any made to me on account of allowing pre-mature
increment on time scale up-gradation, if recovery is pointed out at belated stage by
the Audit or as a result of any amendment, modification, cancellation of clarification
given by PEPCO and GHCL vide No. GM (HR)/HRD/A-332/1482-1502 dated 28-7-
2017 and No. GHCL /HR & Admin/G-i/4688-91 dated 13-6-2018 and No.
GHCL/HR&A/5442 dated 07-8-2018 respectively, or any other directions from
higher offices or a legal forum, I shall voluntarily refund the overpaid amount or
same may be deducted from my salary / pension benefits, etc. and I shall not
challenge the same in any Court of Law or higher authority.
ii) My above undertaking shall be treated as final and irrevocable.
