PROPERTIES/AUXILIARY PERCUSSION:

Percussion Properties– a rubber chicken, a mallet (hammer), a wine glass, a rain stick, a pair of tap shoes,
three sizes of babushka doll (a part of a set), a flower pot (filled with red or yellow flowers), a strong set of
cutleries, a newspaper and scissors.

Percussion Instruments – three tam-tams (of descending size, one for water-gong), four cymbal sets (2
suspended cymbals, one Chinese cymbal, a pair of petit crash cymbals), ratchet, two cabassas, bass drum, 2
xylophones (one long and one smaller), vibraphone, tubular bells, thunder sheet, wind machine, three
flexatones (placed amongst the percussionists), three timpani (two grande, one piccolo), waterphone (large).
