The boat was sinking

Thunders howled

In the depth of sorrow

Will it end tomorrow?

There was nothing to sight

Hugged my knees so tight

As I drowned and slowly

My lungs were filled of water

I knew then, it was over

Started to cry and waiting to die

The bright light flashed in front of my eyes

As I frosted cold like an ice

He lifted me up and embrace me

Noticed His scarred palms

As He wiped my tears

And abolished all my fears

My Savior, how great You are

My Captain, aligned my boat

Navigated me in bliss

Break-through of my chain

As anew day shines again
