Modification instructions for Integra 250 (500) powerboard

Reason for modification


Higher fail-safe by means of foil capacitor LK60.

Beginning of modification
Only for service with malfunction of the SE4 capacitors.

Remove C26, C35, D18, D21, R81, R85. R85 is still used later.

Drill a 1,8mm hole

Cut the connections off of
R85 briefly. Solder 20mm
long flexible wires to the
connections. Isolate a side
with shrink-on sleeve.

Modified R85 again solder on, push downward through the hole beside it.

Increase a hole of the isolation part


as shown in the picture.

Nip off the 2 outer pins of LK60. Assemble the LK60 with isolation
Attach the isolation part as shown in the picture. part on the bottom side by putting
the outer pin in the drilled hole and
middle pin in the other pad of C26.

Attach a diode of the type
P600K on the component
side as shown in the picture.
Make sure that the outer pin
of LK60, the C26-Pad beside
it and the anode connection
of P600K is well connected
with each other.

Bridge the pads of C35 by


means of a silver wire.

Assemble the NTC-


resistor R85 on LK60
by means of a shrink-
on sleeve.
