1. Explain about yourself?

I am Reza Romadhoni, Iam from Purwoerto, Iam 22 yers old, I am Graduated from Geological
engineering of UNSOED, with height 167 and weight 78 kgs. Major in geology that I kuasai yaitu
petrology and mineralografi, I profienc to be detail and planned working with effective
management. Technically I can operate Survey equipment such as GPS and Total Station, My
motto is don’t underestimate the time, my power is detail analysis with rocks and stratiraphy
object and minerl observation on microscope, saya bagus dalam mapping geologi and software
analysis with many software.
2. Why you apply buma
The first is because I completely the condition of recruitment, and this is one of the chance to
serve myself to this company which same field there is a geology, and I will trying how far my
skill can contribute to the company.

4. Why we should offering you ?

Because I have qualification about engineering especially in geology with many subject such as
how to mapping geolg, sampling technic of coal, identification quality of coal, because I have
excess compared with the other yaitu I can operate minig software so, I can analysis the
resource and reserve of cola with geology databse that I take on the field.
5. What our goal in 5 year on future ?
I have more experience and skill in technically skill and I understand about mining management,
till I bee able to enhance working level with higher responbiliy

I can jo in with this company and understandi system dan operational of company and then be a
influential employee of the division that I being .
7. What your strong ?
- I am a planned person, everything what I should do in every day, I must make a plan
- I am a detail working, its proved in my experience for 3-4 period of organization as a
secretary where in there I must make a proposal in beginning, making a letter or document
along organization period and a responsibility report. In there I also demand to be a quick
working because organization
8. What your weakness
- I need more calm to speaking in public situation but I have to became a speaker in fieldtrip
of Phsich in University area.
- I need more time to adaptable abaout something that change or against my plan, and the I
need more time to replan about it.

I CAN operate survey equipment and eological mapping comprehensively, and I can calculate
the reserve and resourse of coal based on field data that be taken. I little know abaout company
management such as, organizing, actuating and managing.

I planned after 6 – 8 months after training

I always confuse to choose one between my family condition or my need, because they always
sacrifice anything to me, but my need is quite important
