EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF BEBIANA ECOBEN EQUIBAL WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ‘This AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and among PACINTA EQUIBAL LIGASPI, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow, a resident of Scrapan Bagongsilang, Surigao City, and (ROSALITO ECOBEN EQUIBAL, deceased) herein represented by daughter Sialom Rose P. Equibal, of legal age, Pilipino citizen, single, a resident of the same place. \WITNESSETH: ‘That | am the legitimate surviving compulsory heirs of the deceased mother Bebiana Ecoben Equibal, who died intestate on July 22, 2011 at Escrapan Bagongsilang Surigao City. That said deceased died intestate, without a Will or Testament, and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity; That the deceased left 2 parcel of coconut land situated at Mahayahay, San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands covered by Tax Declaration No. 17-06-000806635 in the name of our deceased mother Beblana Ecoben, consisting an area lof 25216 hectares more or less, with the following boundaries; on the North by Gregorio Masaya; on the South by Felipa Ecoben; on the East by Teodoro Ramos, and on the West by Justo Ecle; of which a portion of residential lot sold under this Instrument is only 77 square meters, and Lot/Project No. 348, Gcs-13-001021, with the following boundaries; North by Bebiana ~ Remaining portion, South by Ecoben-Remaining portion, East by Ecoben-Remaining portion, and West by Simplicio T. Gonzales; ‘That pursuant to Rule 74 Section 1 of the Revised Rules of Court, and all being with full capacity to contract, |, the surviving wife respectively, do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the land described above, in equal shares; ‘That further, for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P20,000.00) Philippine Currency to us in hand paid to our full and entire satisfaction by ANDRES A.
