EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF [AGELIO L. QUIZO WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ‘This AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and among CONCEPCION M. QUIZO, surviving wife, Filipino citizen, widow, (ALLAN B. QUIZO, deceased) herein represented by Roselyn 8. Quizo, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow, a resident of Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Manila, EVELYN BASCON QUIZO, of legal age Filipino, single, a resident of Santa Cruz, Zambales, Philippines, ABRAHAM BASCON QUIZO, of legal age, Filipino, single, a resident of P-3, Mahayahay, San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands, CHONALYN QUIZO ITO, of legal age, Filipino, married, a resident of Siatamaken, Yashio City, MARICEL CASIPONG QUIZO, of legal age, Filipino, single, a resident of Seol, Korea, MARIA FE CASIPONG QUIZO, of legal age, Filipino, single, @ resident of P-3, Mahayahay, San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands, JEFFERSON M. QUIZO, of legal age, Filipino, single, a resident of P-7, San Jose, Libjo, Province of Dinagat Islands, and FE 'M. QUIZ0, of legal age, Filipino, single, a resident of Seo}, Korea, \WITNESSETH: That we are the legitimate surviving compulsory heirs of the deceased husband AGELIO L. QUIZO, who died Intestate on March 28, 2016 at P-7 Sitio Bagong Silang, San Jose, Libjo, Province of Dinagat Islands. That said deceased died intestate, without a Will or Testament, and without any outstanding debts in favor of ‘any person or entity; That the deceased left a parcels of Riceland-Unirrigated and coconut land situated at LLA Consolacic, San Jose, LUbjo, Province of Dinagat Islands covered by Tax Declaration No. 17-04-0015-05609, 5" General Revision Pursuant to R. ‘A. 7160 and Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo No. P-18760 with Lot/Project No. 396, Gss-13-000104-0, survey claimant ‘Agelio L, Quizo and Concepcion M. Quizo, consisting an area of 11,350 square meters, with the following boundaries; NV, along lines 1-2-3 by Forestland; SE., along lines 3-8 by Creek; W., along lines 8-8-1 by Lot 397, all of Gss-13-000104- D, That pursuant to Rule 74 Section 1 of the Revised Rules of Court, and all being with full capacity to contract, we, the surviving heirs respectively, do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the land described above, in equal shores: ‘That further, for and in consideration of the sum of FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P40,000.00) Philippine Currency to us in hand paid to our full and entire satisfaction by JESA PAGASIAN YBANEZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, 2 resident of P-2, Barangay Santa Cruz, San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands. The receipt of which is hereby ‘acknowledge by the VENDOR to my full and entire satisfaction, the later hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE SALE, a parcels of Riceland Unirrigated/coconut land which is free from all lens or encumbrances ‘whatsoever, unto the said VENDEE, his heirs, successors and assigns, all my rights and interest over the above mentioned parcels of lot.
