    (15 July 2016) - Give form registration (14 - 21 August 2016) 2. Participants get free lunch (1x) with following detail of item survey
    that has been informed to
    - Participants fill & collect form registration 7 - Submit The Result participants.
    2 - Open Registration - Participants make report
    (as soon as possible) (3 days after observation) 2. Participants make summary report
    (Due date: 15 - 20 July 2016) --> First Register, First Record (include send the photo)
