Registration Fees: Pre-registration is required. All registration fees include continental breakfasts,
refreshments, lunch, and syllabus material as well as a non-refundable administrative charge of $50.
Cancellation: Up to 10 working days before this course a full refund, less the $50 administrative fee, will
be made for cancellation. No refunds will be granted after this time or for non-attendance. The conference
committee reserves the right to cancel this conference in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, or if
the minimum acceptable registration is not attained. In the event of a cancellation, the registration fee will
be refunded.
