1. The wages of engineer/labour is more than employee working within the organization.
2. The organization incentivise the employee and labour equally i.e equal benefits and compensation.
3. The wages ranging from 30000 PKR to 200000 PKR
4. In FFC, the old age employees and labour are given by EOBI (employee oldage benefit incentives).
5. The incentives which are given to the employees and labour are car loans, house loans, membership for
clubs,foreign tours .

1. Wages are dependent on the post of the person like plant operator,protocol officer,support engineers,warehouse
incharge and document controller.
2. The range of the wages is between 40000 PKR to 200000 PKR
3. This range of wages is just applicable with in Pakistan.
4. The incentives which are given to the employees and labour are car loans, house loans, membership for
clubs,foreign tours .
