This is a light and stable hand mister sprayable lotion

Phase A Distilled Water 65.5 Solvent/Carrier

Glycerin 1.5 Stabiliser/Humectant
Colloidal Oats* 0.8 Thickener/Substantively/Feel
*Hydrolysed Oates sometimes better for spray nozzle as more
soluble

Phase B Mineral Oil 4 Humectant

IPM 1.5 Solubiliser
Cetearyl Alcohol 1.2 Stabiliser
Glycerol Stearate & Potasssim Stearate 0.5 Emulsifier
Ceteareth-
20 1 Stabiliser
Phenoxyethanol 0.5 Preservative

Phase C Potenza OLE+(28%) 23.5 Active

Method
1 Heat Phase A ingredients in covered beaker to 80C for 15 mins
2 Heat Phase B ingredients to 80C
3 Slowly add Phase B to Phase A and blend until cool - put into water bath to cool rapidly while blending.

4 Take Potenza OLE+ and mix with emulsifier for 5 min on min speed to endure not aggregates
5 Add the Potenza OLE+ slowly while stirring.
6 Add distilled water as required to reduce viscosity to suit hand spray pump

This formula will provide 6.58% Oil of lemon eucalyptus natural insect repellent.
The RP Potenza technology will provide steady release of repellent oil for up to 12 hours.
