JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES

WE, JUDE LINSANGAN, FRANCISCO DONATO JR., JEFFERSON BAYDON

and MACDANG DAGGIT, of legal ages, all single and residents of Cudal, Calaccad,
Tabuk City, Dilag, Tabuk City, Kalinga, respectively after having been sworn in
accordance with law do hereby depose and state that:

1. Sometimes on October 6, 2018, we are hired by JOHNNY BAKILAN to help them

in the exposure of the grains of corns to dry under the sun. We went to the
Callagdao to Callacad concrete road. We brought therein the sacks of corns we
harvested to put it under the sun to dry. We spread the grains of corns on the
concrete road between the police station and the DENR;

2. Since the grains of corns was not fully dried yet, we only mount the grains of
corns without putting it into sacks and leave it their overnight;

3. On the day after, which is October 7, 2018, at around 7:30 AM, on board a
white elf, we accompany DEXTER LOYD BAKILAN to the road where such
grains of corns were mounted for the purpose of spreading it when the sun will
come out. When we passed the PNP detachment, PNP personnel Michael Mina
and Peter Lao-ang, Jr. flagged down our vehicle because according to them
DEXTER LOYD BAKILAN’s feet is drooping outside such vehicle. The two police
personnel told us to go ahead because they will put DEXTER LOYD BAKILAN
on hold as they will only release him when his father, JOHNNY BAKILAN, will
vouch for him. The two police personnel cock their guns and they searched
DEXTER LOYD BAKILAN, out of fear, he obliged and showed them his sling
bag. They invited him to go with them to their detachment in which he declined.
When he refused, Michael Mina, grabbed and pushed and hit him with his
elbow;

4. They came near the white elf vehicle which we board in and asked us who is the
guy they apprehended, in which we reply, he is DEXTER LOYD BAKILAN;

5. Such acts of the two PNP personnel cause shock to us who are on board the
white vehicle elf;

6. When his father came they kept on cocking their guns and when they recognized
his father, they went away; and

7. We are now executing this Affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing
narration and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set my hand this October 10, 2018,
at Tabuk City, Kalinga, Philippines.
