Concealed and Revealed

What are you hiding?

Masked Self-Portraits
How many “masks” do you wear on a daily basis?
Consider a day when you have/had A LOT going
on...college essays to finish writing, homework, sports
practice, job, etc. Write down your schedule of that
day, from the moment you woke up, to the moment
you went to sleep.

Think about the many roles you had to “play” that day...

Also include things that may set your schedule apart from someone
else’s, based on specific personal things happening in your life right
now
(doctor’s visits, counseling, assisting someone who is ill, training for
something big, volunteering at your church, etc. )
Next to each shift in your schedule, write down a few
words describing your mood / personality / demeanor
through each of those points in your schedule.

Pay particular attention to how your personality shifts, or the way

you interact with people, based on what you are doing at that point
in the day.
What makes you a different person in different situations?

What physical / emotional changes happen to you in these

situations?
