 Identifies various contemporary art forms and their practices from the
various regions

II. SUBJECT MATTER:

1. Topic: Defining Contemporary Arts

2. Reference: Contemporary Philippine Arts from the Regions book,
Sining Rehiyon, Internet
3. Materials: Laptop, Television Monitor, Textbook, Chalk

III. PROCEDURES:

A. Review:
 What is the Historical Background ?

B. Activity:
 Show samples of arts. Let the student describe the picture.
Ask the students:
o What can you say about the pictures?
o What are those pictures?
o What is art?

C. Analysis:
 Ask students the following questions:
 Are there many variety of arts?
 How many regions are there in the Philippines?
 What are the following regions in the Philippines?
D. Abstraction:
 Familiarize the basic interface layout of the Adobe Photoshop CS3.
 E. Application
 Create or Edit the photo taken inside the classroom and change its
background.

IV. EVALUATION:

 What is Adobe Photoshop? What are the other editing tool application
can we used aside from Photoshop.

V. ASSIGNMENT:

 Make a memes of your picture using Adobe Photoshop CS3 and post it
on your social media account like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
