Guidelines: Nutri-Booth Competition

Theme: “Healthy diet, gawing habit for life.”

1. Participants from each group/team should be at least fourteen (14) and at most fifty-two (52)
members for the remodeling and designing of the booth.

2. Student-participants should be officially enrolled for the School Year 2016-2016. All members of
the group should be present during the remodeling and designing of the booth.

3. Each group should have one (1) faculty-moderator present for the duration of the booth design
period.

4. The names of the student-participants and the faculty-moderator should be given to the Booth
Design contest Committee on or before the deadline of the submission of the entry.

6. Group/s who will seek the help or assistance of other people (who are not officially listed as
participants) during the period of the booth design shall be disqualified.

7. The materials to be used should be an artistic blend of recycled materials.

8. Each group will be assigned a particular booth within the school quadrangle for the remodeling and
designing.

9. The booth design should be anchored on the theme: “Healthy diet, gawing habit for life.”

SCHEDULE:

 Submission of the list of participants shall be on or before July 12, 2017. No entries
will be accepted after the aforementioned date. Please submit the list to the point person.

JUDGING OF ENTRIES:

 Judging of entries will start on July 31, at 12:00 noon.


 The decision of the Board of Judges shall be deemed final and non-appealable.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

 Output must reflect a work of art and should exhibit originality.

 The structure must be strong to withstand weather condition

 The design should be reflective of the theme.

 Indigenous materials and recycled materials must be used for the Booth.
 Creativity and Originality 40%
 Durability 30%
 Theme and/or symbolic Representation 30%

Calling all EXHIBITORS for THE GREAT KADAYAWAN TRADE FAIR AND BAZAAR 2012! This year,
Mocha Productions is going to present another exciting contest for all our exhibitors. We bring to you
the BOOTH DESIGN COMPETITION for The Great Kadayawan Trade Fair and Bazaar 2012.
Here are the guidelines and criteria.

The Great Kadayawan Trade Fair and Bazaar 2012 Booth Design CompetitionGuidelines:
1. The contest is open to all registered exhibitors in the upcoming The Great Kadayawan Trade Fair and
Bazaar 2012.
2. The booths must be set up before 5:00 pm on August 16, 2012. (Ingress: 9am Aug.16)
3. Winners will be announced during closing program, August 19, 2012 at Davao Convention and trade
Center.
4. The decision of the judges is irrevocable and final.
Criteria for judging are as follows:

50% for Booth design


30% Originality
20% Appearance and Presentation
TOTAL 100%
And what’s really exciting here are the prizes:
1st Place: Free Booth for the Next Trade Fair and Bazaar
2nd Place: 50% OFF on the booth of your choice in the Next Trade Fair and Bazaar
3rd Place: 20% OFF on the booth of your choice in the Next Trade Fair and Bazaar

JINGLE & RAP CONTEST (Mechanics)


1.Only selected Grade 10 students of SBHS are allowed to join in this contest.
2.Allowed number of performers are 20 minimum and 25 Maximum. (automatic disqualification will apply in
case of below or above minimum performers.)
3. Jingle & Rap presentation will be form 1 1/2 minutes minimum up to 3 minutes maximum time.(In case of
over time/under time of presentation even 1 second only, minus 5 deduction from the total computed score will
be applied automatically.)
4.The Participants will provide their own musical Instrument.
5. Minus 1,CD's,USB, Cell Phone or any other gadgets are NOT allowed.
6. Hiring of professional or Outsider Choreographers/Trainers are NOT Allowed.(Automatic disqualification
will be applied if proven guilty.)
7. Recyclable and Indigenous materials are encourage for this contest.
8. the Jingle & Rap Contest is will be on July 24,2015 (Friday) 10 am at SBHS Covered Court.
