In this village it population is moderate since mostly of those live there is elders and not all but those
who their work moving when are there, the many elder youth and growing youth they departure to
find they way can get money outside the village, they move outside his region Kilimanjaro to find the
other way of living other are complete their education and start to work at those areas they study, it
come to pass people they come only on end of year to great home and not all year they come but
others are able for that, since they notice they spend alots of money since any one see them they
think having money, in this village if you have money and your not giving them your money or buying
alcohol for them they start say u don’t have, and ur proud person and other what they feel to speak in
order to be safe side is to stay home long time to avoid begging money not for doing other but buying
alcoholic only.

BE READY TO CREATE JOB NOT ONLY TO SEEK.

Oneday during my field time I work when I wake up morning going and return evening at my village I
pass in way to home on shop I meet one amoung of my elder brother we look each other with happy
and start conversation by calling me “Engineer” I laugh and reply by greeting that brother, he Blaming
me why I heared your in Mbeya study but u don’t find me! I try to explain to him how im busy and
hard timetable although I was hear that also but I fail due to insufficient time on that without
consider and involving why he not find me even he know im there, he tell me he complete his human
resource management at certain university in Mbeya, he add alots of information in me which I dint
know before since it long time not see each other finally he say now im in village I have no job, I
drinking Banana (Cheap lager), I hold my break well and start advice him why u depend only to work
in your profesional to get money there alots of work to do to increase your income rather than what
you study he listen my views and the last word he say ‘I don’t need that because it shift me from my
proffesional’ oky we laugh together and left him there and going home. I know if he seat down and
think well when in his brain it has no alcohol can decide better, because I try to advice him well how
can get money since I know it has a children although he has no marriage, that happen during his life
before going universty.

Many people they complete university but few have a clear picture of the life they going to live after
university which results to stay long time after study without decide better what to do and where to
do it that results to stressed thrm

LAST OPTION IF YOU REMAIN TO BECOME KIBARUA.

It come to pass certain time it was a Monday my mother calling me to wake up, she continue with
feeding animals she was already prepare a food banana mixed with milk (kitawa), I wake up faster
but I have no more hurry when I follow mum outside the house and greet her and start conversation
by telling her wat I dreaming it finally mum laugh and tell me your lazy to it now time was going do
hurry ok mum I reply. After complete all I pass and greet aunt I tell her how im late, and wishing
better each other after reach the hiace stop I wait for few minutes and I come the one fully I stop him
but it moving and left me there as I look inside I see people standing and compressed each other I
start to think about bodaboda since it take alots of time for other hiace to come althoght it depend on
days but not less than 30min and I assuered myself, when thinking well what to do it come pickup
going farmer to havest maize the owner of car alredy tell the people near him to going to help but
under condition of payment, life was changing now a person can take from Tshs 7000-10000 to going
work on your farmer it increase from tshs 5000 perday on time I growings, further more the car take
me and I seet in board we moving and car taking other person to work on owner farmer they sitting
somewhere and waiting to come, I see a two youth lady although was having children but not married
and its there ages is less than thirty they enter to going farmer the car was fulled with ladies which all
are mother of families they going to work when we moving on the roa we meet alots of numbers of
people going there to work since is the time to cut maize grass ready to harvesting after it already
become dry, it was ……

THEIR RELIGIOUS PEOPLE BUT NOT POWERFUL

NO POLYGAMY BUT THEY NOT RESPECT THEIR MARRIAGE.

No woman agree to have his neighbor no one allow his husband to marry another wife and man are
perfect on that to ensure there is no
WITCHCRAFT.

There are series of many people who are die in that village and are there is rumor of witchcraft but I
would like to talk what exactly I have clear evidence on that lets take deep breath and continue, You
know what this happen as stated here, there certain family whose his wife tell his husband lets us find
money and become rich and will not be ruled by others but we will conquer the village its 90s’ in
which the man take action and going to seek money from sangoma he real get it, it is taylor by his

getting money and start shops builds house it appear to become the earlier house to building by
Blocks and cement, Wooh! it appreciated every where, he still move since he work with her wife both
they require sacrifice, She think and tell there wife in law (wakwe) there five and trick them the game
