Instructions to use the Content Bundle

Before using the content bundle, first activate and replicate the mentioned DataSources in the BW client.

DataSource for Project Definition /CPD/PFP_DS_PROJ

DataSource for WBS Elements with Dates /CPD/PFP_DS_WBS_DATE

Steps to Run the Content Bundle

1. Execute transaction "BSANLY_BI_ACTIVATION" in the BW client.

2. Double-click on content bundle: ”/CPD/PFP_BI_CONTENT_BUNDLE".

3. In the Activate Content Bundle screen, enter the following information:

Choose the BW system as the RFC destination.

Source System for Content Replication: Current Logon Client

Treatment of Already Active Content Objects

Choose Automatic if you want the system to decide automatically the type of activation
for each content object.
 Choose Copy if you want the already activated objects to be overwritten without further
confirmation.

Choose Match if you want the system to ask for a confirmation if an already activated
object is identified.

4. Choose the Activate pushbutton and then confirm activation in the dialog box.
5. When the system prompts you for the source system, select a source system from the Self def'd
list. For example,: C30CLNT004.

6. A success message is displayed once the activation is successful.

7. Choose Show Log to view a log of the installation.
