    Operational Guide for FYP System

    Report Submission
    1. Login at https://aces.nus.edu.sg/ugspa/student/login

    2. Go to Project Activity > Project Reporting

    3. Select your Project Module. Click Search.


    To upload report, click Upload Report button.
    To view a report submission history, click on the icon under Detail column.

    4. Select the correct Report Type:


    a) Preliminary report
    b) Final report
    c) Declaration form
    Click Browse to select a PDF file to upload. PDF file must not exceed 10 MB.
    Click Submit Report.

    5. Click Yes to confirm submitting the report.

    “Project report has been submitted successfully” will be displayed upon successful upload.
