information and discuss other matters related to the Industrial Training. We highly appreciate if you could
accommodate this visit.

Please be informed that under the university policy, students are only allowed to be absent from work for a
maximum of 5 working days inclusive of medical and emergency leave during the duration of their industrial
training.
