Q1. What are the New Roaming Plans?

There are two new plans being launched that allow prepaid customers to have a roaming plan
with bundled minutes & data, along with access to cheaper roaming rates when traveling to the
United States or Flow Caribbean.

Q2. Does the plan include any FREE SMS?

A. No, all outgoing SMS will be charged at BBD $0.25

Q3. How can the minutes in the bundle be used?

A. Minutes can be used to call the following destinations:-

a. Calls to all carriers in the USA
b. Calls to customers on the Flow Network only
c. Local calls in roaming country

All other destinations and carriers are out of bundle and will attract the ‘out of bundle’ rates.


Q4. What are the Flow Caribbean Islands?
A. Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands (BVI), the Cayman Islands,
Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines,
and the Turks & Caicos.

Q5. What is the duration of the new Roaming plans?

A. Customers can choose from a 3-day or 7-day plan.

Q6. What are the prices of the new Roaming plans?
A. The 3-day plan costs $41.99 and the 7-day plan is $78.99

Q7. Do I have to use a specific USA network for the plans to work?
A. No, these plans will work with all US carriers.
Q8. What happens after the plan’s voice and data are used?
A. After the plan’s voice and data are used, customers will be billed at the rates below:

• Note that these rates are the same or lower than the local prepaid rates
• Note that data for prepaid customers is $0.51/MB

Q9. What happens if I use my phone after the 3-day and 7-day roaming plans expire?

A. After the roaming plan expires, customers will need to repurchase a plan to benefit from the

Q10. How are the minutes charged?

A. All minutes will be charged on a per minute basis.

Q11. When can I purchase the plan?
A. You can purchase the plan at any time via the USSD menu *129#.
Q12. How do customers sign up for the prepaid roaming plan?

A. Dial *129# to subscribe to the plan.


Q13. Do I need a Smartphone to use the plan?
A. No, the plan is available for use on all handsets. Customers wanting to use data will require a
data enabled handset.
Q14. Once I have purchased the plan how soon can I start to enjoy the benefits?
A. Once you purchase the plan you can immediately begin to enjoy the benefits.

A. This roaming plan is a consumer plan targeted to residential customers and is available to all
prepaid customers except those on closed user groups.

A. No, incoming calls and text messages will be FREE.
Q18. Which destinations are included in the plan?

A. The plan applies while roaming in United States and Flow Caribbean territories.
Q19. What happens to the existing roaming plan?
A. Customers will still have access to the Opt-In US/Canada Prepaid Roaming Plan.

Q20. What happens if I travel without a roaming plan?

A. Customers will be charged at the regular retail roaming rates. Please use roaming calculator

Q21. Can customers still use the Prepaid Roaming USA/Canada Opt-In Plan?
A. Yes, customers can purchase this plan for $16 BBD by dialing *134*7#
