AN ARCTIC FOX CH
In the winter,
the arctic fox
is all white.
Its white fur
helps it hide
in the snow.

When spring
comes, the
snow melts.
The fox loses
its white fur
and starts to
grow brown fur.

18 November / December 2017

CHANGES COLOR
Now the
arctic fox
blends in
with the
rocks and
plants.

Winter is
coming soon.
That means
snow. Long
white fur grows
in place of the
brown fur.
