JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, VIOLETA GUIMBALEÑA DANO, Filipino of legal age, female, married, and presently residing at
Purok 2, Barangay Bingag, Municipality of Dauis, Bohol,Philippines and JOSE REY ARACO BOMEDIANO, of
legal age, male, married and presently residing at Purok 4- A, Barangay Bingag, Dauis, Bohol, Philippines,
both Barangay Captain and Barangay Kagawad respectively of same said Barangay, and both after being duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. We personally know MAROBE BIBERA MANIGQUE of Purok 3, Barangay Bingag, Dauis, Bohol,
Philippines, being acquaintance for a long period of time and being a resident of the same locality;

2. She is the eldest daughter of Mrs. Ester Bibera Manigque and the late Roberto Tan Manigque, both
Filipinos, of Barangay Bingag, Dauis, Bohol, Philippines;

3. We declare, confirm and affirm that she was married to CHRISTOPHER EARL NASON, an American
Citizen, and solemnized before the Honorable Municipal Mayor of Dauis , on the 6th day of May 2016,
at exactly 9:00 A.M., at Dauis Municipal Hall;

4. We attest that indeed the marriage celebration took place between the aforementioned couple because
we were privileged and cordially invited to stand as principal sponsors in said ceremony;

5. We further attest that said marriage was duly contracted in accordance with law of the Philippines and
that the parties thereto possessed no legal impediments whatsoever so as to render the same invalid;

6. We are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above named person; and

7. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose
it may serve.
