    BOOKING GUIDELINES

    1. Groups of 30 and more can make reservations.

    2. Bookings must be scheduled at least 10 days prior to the visit. The day of the visit
    should be from Tuesday – Friday only (not applicable during Holidays and
    Weekends).

    3. Full payment shall be deposited through Alviera’s bank account at least 7 days before
    the scheduled visit.

    4. Refund for cancelled bookings is valid if Management is notified at least 5 days


    before the visit.

    5. Bookings and reservations will be accommodated from Tuesday – Friday only.

    6. Bringing of food is prohibited inside SandBox. A corkage fee of 100/head


    (Waived corkage fees for groups of 50 and above).

    7. For Outdoor Archery and ATV/UTV rental, you may coordinate with the following:

    8. Visitors are required to sign a general waiver before entering SandBox.
