    an opportunity to hone hunting skills, as well as an assimilation toward a wild diet.

    Entrées

    Sea Turtle Gello


    raw pieces of cod, haddock, whiting, whole smelt, squid
    (pens carefully removed, of course) embedded in a light sauce of unflavored gelatin,
    served over a fresh bed of Bok Choy surrounded by Shell On Shrimp and
    garnished with chopped carrots

    Seafood Mash
    gently pureed squid, whiting, and shrimp
    served on the end of a bamboo skewer

    Desserts
    Sea Jelly dressed in a phytoplankton garnish
