Here is the order for Saturday’s gig. I did my best to give you a good estimated time of
when you are playing. You do not need to stay the whole time. It is probably encouraged
that you don’t so that the place is not too congested. Please plan on arriving 10 minutes
before your start time. I rounded up all the lengths of times and tried to factoring in
tuning and changing of instruments into the times. Although I plan on running this like a
well oiled machine, there is a definitely a strong possibility that we will fall behind
schedule. If you can, please take a photo of this paper on your phone so that you know
where we are during the gig and when it is your turn. I will print out a few copies as well
for the gig.

I plan on setting up an on deck seat. So when the person before you is playing you should
be in the seat! Please be ready to go with your music and instrument out. However, do not
play or practice while other people are performing. Ideally your instrument will be tuned
and ready to go. It is ok to quickly tune it while others are playing but that’s about it. I
can tune it quickly too if you want. Make sure you bring your music!!!! I have a lot to
bring and can’t bring everyone’s music as well.
