    ASSIGNMENT # 2: ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP

    Explain the following Leadership Management Myths:

    1. Once you become the leader everyone will listen and obey

    A good leader is a good follower. Once you became a leader everyone will follow you
    because of your good works, personality and becausw of being a role model to everyone.

    2. The leader calls all the shots

    A good leader can make all the decisions right and leads everything into successful one.

    3. You cannot trust anyone

    trust is very hard to gain. A leader should choose better person whom to be trusted.

    4. A leader must be objective at all times

    A leader must know how to set goals and objectives that will lead for the leam to reach
    their expectations

    5. A leader can not back down no matter what

    A good leader knows whats right and wrong. He or she must be strong enough to handle
    pressure in life.

    6. You are the leader and the best teacher

    Leaders are also a teacher that set standards and expectations and learnings

    7. You must defend your staff at all times

    Leaders should know how yo depend their team no matter what.
