(thereln referred to as “Tenant”) dated July 30, 2004 and the First Amendment dated March 30, 2009 and the Second ‘Amendment dated June 22, 2012. Dear Ms. West, [This Third Amendment to that certain Rental Agreement and First and Second Amendments to the Rental Agreement referenced above (collectively hereinafter referred to as the "Rental Agreement”) 's entered into this 1* day of July, 2015 between Landlord and Tenant. Defined terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the same definitions contained in Rental Agreement. WHEREAS, Tenant has heretofore leased from Landlord certain space located NRE anc more particularly described in Exhibit “A” of that certain building described in the Rental Agreement Whose street address is 260 14" Street N.W,, Atlanta, Georgia 30318; WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant hereby desire to amend the Rental Agreement as folows effective July 1, 2015; and NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration ofthe mutual covenants herein contained, the recept {and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties do hereby agree to’ amend the Rental Agreement as follows: 1, RENTAL TERM, Paragraph 3 of the Rental Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the following: “The farm of this Agreement shall be for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on July 1, 2015 and termination on June 30, 2016, unless sooner terminated as hereafter provided in Paragraphs 15 and 20.” . 2. During such renewal terms, Tenant agrees to pay the following rental: July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 $4,979.00 per month, $59,748.00 per year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 $5,128.00 per month, $61,536.00 per year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 $5,282.00 per month, $63,384.00 per year July 4, 2019 to June 30, 2020 $5,440.00 per month, $65,280.00 per year jindiord and Tenant ratify the terms of the Rental Agreement and acknowledge the Rental ‘Agreement remains In ful force and effect, as modified hereby.
