Note:
1. When on night shift duty DO NOT use “create multiple transaction”.
2. When encountering any error in WISE please report to HR.
3. Before the start of the month, the site admin must submit to HR the timekeeping template in change shift together with the approved
work schedule. Any changes on the shift of the employee must be immediately informed to hr.
4. Applying OT on Sundays and Holidays must be filed based on the actual time entries.
5. Always check your DTR in WISE to avoid adjustments.
