GENERAL ROLE STRESS SCALE

Please read this section before starting the questionnaire:-


This questionnaire is part of a project given by Amity Business School to the students of
MBA (HR). By drawing on your experience with pressure and stress it will be possible for us
to identify & clarify the various stress faced by people. By contributing to this study your
experience will lead to further understanding of this topic.

1. I am not able to do many things for which I have a great liking.

2. My role in the family conflicts with my work role.


3. I feel duty bound as a student/ employee/ son/ father, etc.

4. I do not have enough knowledge/ skills needed to do justice in my roles.

5. I am not able to use my strength in the various things I do.
