    Cause # 401,400 ORIGINAL Affidavit in Support of Ex Parte Relief State of Texas § 2018 JU County of Bell § |, Jenna Kay Scott am the applicant in the above Application for a Protective Ord¥- of eighteen years, and I am seeking protection from dating violence. I am fully competent to make, affidavit. The fects and circumstances alleged are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. | started dating (IMBNMNBMMN in August 2015. We met through the online app called Tender. As our relationship progressed, I became aware of his manipulative and deccitful nature, I believe he is a pathological fia. I also believe he is a psychopath. He told me about killing pets when he was a child in ‘Oklahoma and that He was in and out of psychiatric facilities during his childhood. He told me he had killed someone in Oklahoma but that he was able to cover it up and that he could do the same here in ‘Texas. He was convicted of a felony in Oklahoma. He does not have a driver's license but he drives all over Bell County in his red JEEP. He told me he would hurt my family and me repeatedly “Every time 1 try to breakup with him. He threatens me. an MMA professional fighter. He trains fighters. He has a gang of fighter that will do his bidding. He has threatened me physically and has threatened my livelihood. On two occasions, he choked me until I lost consciousness. Each time he allowed me to regain consciousness and then he choked me out again, The first time he came at me from behind. The second time he was on top of me. His pattern of violence with me is the same. He is a master manipulator. All of these assaults happened within the last six months. Thave to stay away from him co stay safe and to protect the people I love. “Last year, my counselor called the police to report that SAMMI was harassing me. I will bring those records with me to the hearing. 1 am terrified of this man now that I know so much about him. [ worry about his children and want to keep him away from my child. the Dean of UMHB where I am in graduate school and tried to get me expelled because of a video he has of me. I do not know what all the videos show that he has. 1 want them all back and destroyed so he cannot hold them over my head any longer. He played at least one of them for the Dean. He threatens me every time I try to break up with him, He knows how to push all of my buttons. I know he can kill me and I do not want him to be able to pick me up and throw me down just because he can. “In the spring of this year, he picked me up out of his Jeep and threw me on the ground in front of Title Boxing.
