Mitigating the current processing time and the current manual

processes by automating with an app that provides savings to
the organization.

2. Problem Statement (Opportunity)

Employee with Children on a daily basis faces an issue of long

turn around time within the organization. The impact of the
problem is the hinderance caused for personnel to make their
necessary arrangements which impacts morale.

3. Goal Statement

Reduce processing lead time by 60% which is from 5 days to 2

days within the next 6 months.

Eliminate missing claims of $200k.

Reduce workload of HR staff.

4. Project Scope

Users will be requried to submit leave applications via an app in which the app
allows to validate if staff has CCL entitlement and the balance pending the
child's age group declared.

Able to generate a report for finance to submit for claims.
