•What is a proposal?
•A proposal is a detailed description of a series of activities aimed at
solving a certain problem.
•Why do we need it?
•It is an essential marketing document that helps encourage contract
between an organization and a donor.
•It facilitates appropriate words for the conception of an idea formally
for a clear understanding of the project.
•Successful proposals mean financial aid for the organization.

Writing Proposals
•From vision to proposal: The first step is to decide what the problem is
and develop a rough idea (vision) of how this could be solved.
•It should contain a logical framework to structure this idea in a
systematic way by defining the aim, purpose (objectives), outputs and the
activities required for monitoring and evaluation of the project.
•The thing to remember while writing a proposal is be factual and
specific. Be realistic in what you are proposing. What can reasonably be
accomplished in the scope time?

What A Good Proposal Should Have?


•Project justification: Summarization of the project Write and Format

sure you know exactly what you're proposing.

•Activities involved: Split the Project into Phases
•Project duration: Estimate Your Time Involved
