    1. A) Find the hardness of the given material using Rockwell testing machine.
    B) Determine the shear strength of the given mild steel rod. (100)

    2. A) Find the hardness of the given material using Brinell hardness testing machine.
    B) Determine the impact strength of the given specimen. (100)

    3. Determine the young’s modulus of the beam. (100)

    4. Perform the compression test on the open coil helical spring and find out its stiffness and rigidity
    modulus. (100)

    5. Perform the tension test on the closed coil helical spring and find its stiffness and rigidity modulus.
