Introduction to Unani Medicines

Hippocrates:
Gave the theory of humor. He was Greek Physician and traditionally
called as FATHER OF MEDICINE.

Galen:
Gave the concept of the temperament. He made important discoveries in
Anatomy and Physiology.

Ibn-E-Sina:
Gave the concept how to diagnose disease with medicine. He was
Arabian Physician and Islamic Philosopher.
Unani Tibb:
It is holistic approach to the healing of disease through restoration of
balance (physical, mental, psychological, emotional, and spiritual) and state of
patient by using diet, life, adjustment, medicine and regimental therapies.
