Social media should be used to socialize and interact by spreading

positive content. Unfortunately, some parties use it to spread
information that contains negative content. If this is allowed, it is
feared that it will endanger the young generation. The government
also continues to strive to reduce the spread of hoaxes or false
news by drafting a law which regulates sanctions for internet users
who also share negative content.

According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary, "hoaks" is "hoax." In

the Oxford English dictionary, "hoax" is defined as "malicious
deception" or "lies made with evil intentions". The goal of hoax
news is to spread fear.

Here are some ways you can do to avoid Hoax News

2) Anticipation of Provocative News Titles
3) Read Comprehensively
4) Be Alert With Pictures Sent
5) Don't rush Sharing, filter the news first

The way to avoid the most accurate hoax news is take a breath
and leave the news. As a smart young generation, you should not
immediately believe the news you receive, without knowing the
truth and the exact source.
