3. HUMO
Search HU by using any of fields in the selection screen of HU monitor
transaction
Also from HUMO, HU can be locked/unlocked.
HU postings can also be executed from HUMO and VLMOVE as well.

Enter material and plant and execute, go to environment à Handling
unit
After opening the HU by any of above ways, all the details of HU can
be maintained.
II. Reverse goods movements with HU
1. HUCANC
Put the HU number and simulate (run in test mode)
If its success, you can click on execute to reverse goods movement of
this HU
This reversed HU cannot be used by other orders, as this will be still
assigned to the production order. COPAWA needs to be executed
after this step if HU needs to be used in another order.

III. PACK/UNPACK/REPACK
1. Pack HU – HU02
Enter material, handling unit details and click on “Pack” button to pack
the HU.
2. Unpack/Empty HU – HU02
In case of any damages to HU unpack/Empty the old HU and repack
the material into new HU.

3. Repack HU – HU02
Select material, new handling unit and click on pack HU button. You
can delete old HU if not required.

And save the transaction.
IV. HU goods issue
After creating and confirming the production order, follow below steps
to pack order components
1. COPAWA
Enter Production order and click Enter
Select component to be picked and click on Copy
It will be copied to materials tab

Select packing material and component and click on Pack
Save
Other options in COPAWA
Assign HU – Manually created HU can be added here. For example
HU created in HU01.
Assign – Click on this button to assign HU to production order
No Part. GI allowed – Partial GI for this HU will not be allowed if this is
selected
Partial GI allowed – Partial GI is allowed for HU
Delete HU assignment – Delete the HU assignment to this order, so
that it can be used for other order.

Delete Assignment – Click on this button to delete HU assignment to
production order
2. COWBHUWA
Enter Order Number and click on “Propose HU”. All the HU’s assigned
to order will be displayed.
Selected the component to be issued and click on “Partial GI”

Enter the partial amount of quantity to be issued and hit enter
Save
Other option of partial GI
Previous/next HU – Display of further HUs that are selected for the
partial goods issue posting
Superior/subordinate HU – Display of the hierarchically lower HUs that
are packed in an HU or display of the hierarchically higher HU.
No GI posting – This option will set the content quantity of the
selected HU to zero. A partial goods issue posting is not possible.
