    From: Cameron Claytor

    Date: November 13, 2018

    Subject: Restaurant proposal

    As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur


    Simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the
    name and location of my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided
    below and indicate if I have the approval to use the proposed idea by completing the
    bottom portion of this memo and returning it to me.

    Proposed Restaurant:
    The name of my restaurant is Cami’s Coffee Café. The theme for my restaurant is to
    give my customers the feeling of being at 50’s café in Pittsburgh PA. The color
    combination i have decided to use it a teal blue and yellow. The restaurant will be
    located in Pittsburgh PA.

    Restaurant Reasoning:
    My Great Grandma always loved to cook and so if I create a restaurant, I would do
    because of her. Also because I like to cook and I think it would be a fun experience to
    make a restaurant.
