    You are hereby notified / issued with:

    WARNING NOTICE OF DELAY

    This is due to your registered negative slippage of _ _which is over the 5% margin under exiting
    DPI policy. Kindly submit your Catch – Up Schedule within Three (3) days after receipt of this notice.

    FINAL NOTICE OF DELAY

    Despite our previous notice, your slippage further dropped to – 9.54%, which is below the –15%
    margin for second offense under the current DPI policy. Should you fail to implement corrective
    measures, Contract Clause imposition will follow to protect DPI’s interest.

    Please submit you Final Catch Up Program within three (3) days after receipt of this notice.
