Revenue from global music subscribers has increased sustainably from Q1 2016 at 91 million USD to reach at 230 million
USD in Q2 2018. In the first half of 2018, Spotify has the highest subscribers, 83 million users and account for 36% in the
music streaming market. The second largest contribution is Apple, which has 43.5 billion subscribers and made up 19% of
the market share. Next is Amazon, it has 27.9 million users and consist of 12% of the market share. The rest has 66.1
million users and taken up the remaining 33% of the market share.
