In the year of 1994 we were produce centrifugal casting ductile iron pipes according to
ISO2531/EN545&EN598 in Liaoning province and been specialized in centrifugal casting
ductile iron pipes business more than twenty years. Now we are several leading company
in ductile iron pipes industry in China.
Over the past years we had been servicing countries like Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria, UAE,
Pakistan, Kuwait, Singapore, South Africa, Malaysia, Greece, and many others countries
enjoys high international prestige.

Whereas we Benxi Beitai Ductile Iron Pipes Co. Ltd, the manufacturer of Ductile Iron
Pipes duly organized under the laws of China and having our principal place of business
at Beitai Town, Benxi City, Liaoning P.R. China.
The product of ductile iron pipes and fittings are under the standard of ISO2531 / EN545,
K9 cement lining inside of the pipe are under the standard of ISO4179, zinc & bitumen
coating outside of pipes under the standard of ISO8179, the rubber gasket under the
standard of ISO4633.
All the product of ductile iron pipes are of China origin.

Connection Details Of Joint
Joint-T type:
T type rubber gasket installation is swift, simple, and convenient, and can bear larger
deflection angle and greater tolerance; the requirement of the construction is not high. T
type rubber gasket is a kind of self- sealed gasket, while installation just needs simply put
the socket into the bell mouth, and press the gasket tight, it will guarantee the performance
of sealing.
The performance of inside pressure resistance:
centrifugal ductile iron has the essence of iron, the performance of steel, therefore, ductile
iron pipes has excellent security performance than other pipes. The design and calculation
of the working pressure is much higher than other material pipes, and the safety factor of
the pipeline is pretty high, the actual burst pressure might be three times of the working
pressure.
The performance of outside pressure resistance:
the performance of anti- high pressure can reduce the pipe bed and cover production
request, Make the pipeline construct reliable and economy.


Detailed information on internal coating
Inner anti-corrosion layer:

Ductile iron pipes of the internal is centrifugal coating of cement mortar layer.
Cement lined with the international standard ISO4179, ensure the mortar
strong ,density, smooth, not fall off, not fouling, and thickness even, ensured the
conveying drinking water get meticulous protection inside the pipeline.

INFORMATION

Lab testing and checking system
In order to have good quality control during the manufacturing, we are serious
working on the quality controlling on its mechanical property of D.I. materials
and meet the standard of ISO2351/or EN545 or BS4772 for produce pipes.
1. The Quality Controlling Department and have 34 technical staff.

2. Analysis lab before furnace has optical spectrometer Analysis Machine. It
can analysis 20 elements in 45 seconds. With the help of this machine, we
strictly control composition of liquid iron.
3. Mechanics lab has universal testing machine and other machines. This
machine can test technical character of pipes.
4. Metallographic analysis lab has metallographic microscope. This machine
can control the graphitized and annealing quality.
5. Chemical analysis lab controls the quality of every kind of materials and
check the information from optical spectrometer analysis machine.
6. Finished product inspect will inspect every pipes through in order to ensure
pipes without any flaw, including Hydraulic Testing Ring-pressing etc.
With this inspect method, we ensure that inside quality, outside quality and the
size were according to BS4772 / ISO2531/EN545.

GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY

FOR SUPPLY OF DI PIPES AND ACCESSORIES
WHEREAS BENXI BEITAI DUCTILE CAST IRON PIPES CO., LTD. THE
MANUFACTURER OF DUCTILE IRON PIPES DULY ORGANIZED UNDER THE
LAWS OF CHINA AND HAVING OUR PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS AT
BENXI CITY LIAONING CHINA.
HEREBY MAKE WARRANTY THE QUALITY OF THE MENTIONED DUCTILE
IRON PIPES AND RUBBER GASKETS FOR A PERIOD 36 MONTHS FROM THE
SHIPMENT DATE OF GOODS.
And hereby guarantee that:
1. DI fittings DI pipes, fittings, accessories and rubber rings supplied, match and fit
properly and adequately each other to ensure leak proof pipeline installations under all
working conditions.
2. We will undertake to replace any material rejected by the Engineer within the time
period as agreed with the Engineer during implementation stage at no additional cost to
ensuring the timely implementation of the project.
3. We will undertake that the Nominated Inspection Agency inspect, test and issues a
certificate ensuring that DI pipes, fittings, accessories and rubber rings inspected shall
fit properly and adequately to ensure leak proof pipeline installations under all working
conditions upon shipment.
