I chose this topic because I always appreciated the womens
who konw what they want,who have aspirations and of course
who fight for their dreams.

What qualities needed to be a
successful business woman?

Fistly a business woman should have the following


qualities:

-Self Confidence;
-Positive Attitude;
-Sense of Purpose;
-Assertiveness;
-Persistence.
Self Confidence -is a key part of success in business. It is the difference between having faith in
yourself and feeling scared out of your wits
Positive attitude – a favorable outlook on one's career can be difficult to attain, especially with all the obstacles
women face in the workplace.

Sense of Purpose- every one of us is working towards something, be it getting through difficult times in life or
bettering ourselves at a hobby or desirable trait. Everyone has a sense of purpose; without it we lose our way and
become demotivated and depressed.

Assertiveness -leaders need to be straightforward and confident in their communication with others. Women in the
workforce must be assertive in their ideas, values and abilities to make sure their points are not only heard, but
comprehended.

Persistence - being persistent is a skill that can help you to reach a goal, get what you desire and can even be a
means by which you assert yourself in the face of stubborn or difficult people.
Secondly succeeding in bussines when you are a women it’s needed to be a
strong-willed, hardworking and purpose-driven women ,unfortunately, there is no business-
startup fairy who magically bestows success on small businesses .Best way to learn fast is to
find a mentor who guide you to be successful and how to win the trust of the others.
Globally, the proportion of senior business roles held by women stands at 24%, up
slightly from 22% in 2015. However, this minor uplift has coincided with an increase in the
percentage of firms with no women in senior management, at 33% in 2016 compared to 32%
last year.
How to became a succesfull
business woman?

Thirdly to became a successful business woman you need to follow


some steps :

1.Educate yourself.
2.Put in after-hours work.
3.Seek the guidance of a mentor.
4. Make excellence the goal in everything that you do.
5. Look at the big picture-plan ahead strategically

-President and Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin .In 2010, 2011, 2012, and
2015 she was named by Fortune magazine as one of the "50 Most Powerful Women in
Business".

-She is the current Chairwoman, President and CEO of IBM

Since 2014, Johnson is President and Chief Executive Officer of US investment

Conclusion

In this days we have a lot of women that are successful in their


business because they are strong-willed hard workers who know what they
want ,whit big aspirations ,and they fight for their dreams. For sure it’s not
easy for them to have a job whit a great responsibility ,and that is why they
sacrifice a lot for their dreams but it is admirable because not everyone can
do what they do.

*confidence:is a feeling of trust in someone or something. To be self-confident is to have
confidence in yourself. Self-confident people don't doubt themselves;
*attitude:an attitude is somewhere between a belief, a stance, a mood, and a pose. If
you've got an attitude about something, it can be hard to change it because you think you're
right;
*purpose:when you do something with purpose,you do it with determination. When your
activities have a purpose, you have an aim or intention in mind;

aggressive. In the field of psychology and psychotherapy, it is a learnable skill and mode of

*persistance:the fact of continuing in an opinion or course of action in spite of difficulty or
opposition;

*success:an event that accomplishes its intended purpose;
*business:the principal activity in your life that you do to earn money;
*capabilities:he quality of being capable -- physically or intellectually or legally;
*workplace:a place where work is done.
