The tReorderingUl parameter controls the amount of time used to detect loss of UL RLC PDUs from the

lower layers. By extending the maximum number of UL HARQ transmissions, it can take longer for the
MAC layer to assemble a MAC SDU (which is the RLC PDU) for delivery to the RLC layer. To avoid
triggering this loss detection prematurely, before the number of maximum UL HARQ transmissions has
been hit, this timer needs to be extended. Each UL HARQ transmission takes up 8ms to process (see Figure
1), so this parameter should be set to slightly exceed 8ms*ulMaxHARQTx.

he TX system is just the transmitter, since it is the last active component in the TX path.
The RX system is the TMA, receiver and feeder and jumpers between them.
Reference point must be outside the TX and RX systems.
Figure 1 and 2 illustrate the RX system difference with configuration with / out TMA.

TX/RX reference point specifies the point of reference for the following attributes:
maximumTransmissionPower
pZeroNominalPusch
pZeroNominalPucch
pmRadioRecInterferencePwr
pmRadioRecInterferencePwrPucch

For example: a 60W RRU with 10MHz bandwidth, assume the real DL cable loss is at 10dB, and UE
received RSRP is at -100dBm.
